Vegetable Sheets - Senén Steak tartare with vegetable sheet potato

  1. Place the vegetable sheets vertically between the pasta maker.
  2. Pass the vegetable sheets through the pasta maker.
  3. Fry the spaghetti for a few seconds at 170°C.
  4. Drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Finish the steak tartare with the fried vegetable sheets.
