Shrimps with Sauce-Espuma Mousseline

Preparation
Wash the cherry tomatoes and put them in a baking dish.
Add pepper, salt, olive oil and thyme.
Bake until tender in the oven.
Heat the Sauce-Espuma Mousseline au bain-marie.
Prick the shrimps on a skewer and fry until tender.
