Vegetable Sheets - Senén Ravioli with Vegetable Sheet Red Pepper

  1. Cut out the vegetable skin red pepper with a cutter.
  2. Place the sheet with the shiny side up and fill with the desired filling.
  3. Cover with another sheet with the shiny side down.
  4. Glue the two sheets together with a few drops of water and press the sides together.
  5. Place the ravioli in a steamer for 90 seconds at 90°C and 100% humidity.
