Crunchy Nuts Pasta Carbonara with Crunchy Nut Hazelnut

Ingredients

  • Crunchy Nut Hazelnut
  • Pasta
  • Mushrooms
  • Bacon
  • Cream
  • Beef glacier
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water.
  2. Fry the diced bacon and mushrooms.
  3. Deglaze with cream and allow to reduce.
  4. Add beef glace, pepper and salt.
  5. Add the cooked pasta.
  6. Finish with Crunchy Nut Hazelnut and chives.
