Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Natural Paste Roasted Hazelnut
  • Tasty-Bites Cep & Mushroomsalt
  • Enokis
  • Cress

Preparation

  1. Mix the mashed potatoes with Natural Paste Roasted Hazelnut.
  2. Deep-fry the Tasty-Bites for +- 10 sec. at 180°C and sprinkle with the accompanying herbs.
  3. Fry the enokis briefly.
  4. Fill the plate with hazelnut mashed potatoes and enokis.
  5. Finish with Tasty-Bites Cep & Mushroomsalt and Cress.
