  • Bell pepper
  • Zucchine
  • Eggplant
  • Parmesan Decor - Didess
  • Anchovies
  • Natural Sauce Aji Amarillo
  • Natural Sauce Salsa Brava
  • Caviaroli Basil
  • Gazpacho
  • Cress
  • Paprika powder

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables and grill them in a grill pan.
  2. Layer the vegetables alternately with Parmesan Decor.
  3. Top with Natural Sauces, Caviaroli Basil, anchovies, cress and paprika powder.
  4. Serve with a bowl of gazpacho.
