Caviaroli Sauces Grilled onion with Oliva Verde Líquida Chipotle
Ingredients
4 big onions
80g Oliva Verde Líquida Chipotle
Pepper & salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat. Cut off the top of the unpeeled onion to obtain a lid, without removing the skin.
Place the onions cut side down in an oven dish and cover with aluminium foil. Cook for 45 min.
Then cook for another 25 min without aluminium foil.
Once the onions are cooked, remove the inside of the onion so that there are 2 layers left.
Separate the layers from the extracted core and cut it into large pieces. Season these pieces with the Oliva Verde Líquida Chipotle, freshly ground pepper and salt.
Finally, stuff the onions with the seasoned mixture and serve at room temperature.
