Ingredients

  • Cracker Sepia
  • Greek yogurt
  • Sumac
  • Pistachio oil
  • Mint leaves
  • Lime juice
  • Lime zest
  • Spice blend: cumin, coriander, black pepper, white roasted sesame and lime zest

Preparation

  1. Fill the bowl with Greek yogurt.
  2. Sprinkle with sumac, pistachio oil, mint leaves, lime juice, lime zest and the spice mixture.
  3. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  4. Deep-fry the Sepia crackers for +-10 seconds.
