Ingredients

  • 150ml ice tea
  • 50ml sparkling water
  • Some parts yuzu or lemon
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Cocktail-Foam Cocoa & Yuzu
  • Mango Glass 100% Chef (art. 160/0095)

Preparation

  1. Mix the ice tea with the sparkling water and pour into the glass.
  2. Add some parts of yuzu or lemon and add ice cubes.
  3. Top off with Cocktail-Foam Cocoa & Yuzu.
