Cocktail-Foam Bramble

Ingredients

  • 5cl gin
  • 3cl lemon juice
  • 2cl sugar water
  • 2cl blackberry liqueur
  • Blackberries
  • Tarragon
  • Peeled ice
  • Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon

Preparation

  1. Put gin, lemon juice and sugar water in the shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously and pour into the glass.
  3. Add ice and blackberry liqueur.
  4. Finish with Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon and blackberries.
