Sauce-Espuma Baked salmon with oven baked cherry tomatoes and Sauce-Espuma Choron

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and put them in a baking dish.
  2. Add pepper, salt, olive oil and thyme.
  3. Bake until tender in the oven.
  4. Bake the salmon.
  5. Heat the Sauce-Espuma Choron au bain-marie.
  6. Place the baked salmon on a plate and top with the oven baked cherry tomatoes.
  7. Shake briskly with the siphon and spray Choron on the salmon.
