Baked salmon with oven baked cherry tomatoes and Sauce-Espuma Choron
Ingredients
Salmon fillet
Cherry tomatoes
Thyme
Sauce-Espuma Choron
Rice Crispies Tomato - New Tex by Didess
Preparation
Wash the cherry tomatoes and put them in a baking dish.
Add pepper, salt, olive oil and thyme.
Bake until tender in the oven.
Bake the salmon.
Heat the Sauce-Espuma Choron au bain-marie.
Place the baked salmon on a plate and top with the oven baked cherry tomatoes.
