Caviaroli Sauces Avocado gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 50g peeled cucumber
  • 120g avocado
  • 5g onion
  • 5g fresh coriander
  • 50g olive oil
  • 25g cider vinegar
  • 300g water
  • 75g Oliva Verde Líquida Chipotle
  • 50g ice cubes
  • 4g salt
  • 50g ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender
  2. Pass through a fine sieve.
  3. Leave to cool in the refrigerator.
  4. Pour the mixture into an empty avocado peel.
  5. Finish with olive oil.
