Ingredients

  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 60 ml tonic
  • ice cubes
  • 2 blackberries
  • Finishing: sprig of tarragon
  • Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon
  • Apple Glass 100 % chef (art. 160/0094)

Preparation

  1. Put apple juice and tonic in a mixing glass and then in the glass.
  2. Add some ice cubes and blackberries to the cocktail.
  3. Finish with 'Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon' and a sprig of tarragon.
