EasyFoam Sauces Mushroom
This creamy sauce is made from mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shi-takes. Game and mushroom sauce go hand in hand. Serve this light, airy sauce with venison and freshly sautéed mushrooms. Add a dash of cognac for extra refinement.

Store in the refrigerator between 0 and 7 degrees. After opening, the siphon can be stored in the refrigerator until the best-before date, as long as you thoroughly clean the nozzle after each use.
