La Cocina de Senén was founded in 2011 with one goal; to bring the most famous products of the restaurant 'Sagartoki', led by chef Senén González, to the general public. The restaurant was awarded the best tapas bar in Spain and won numerous awards for its original tapas products. Convinced of the top quality of his products, a close collaboration with Food Revolution was born.
