Crunchy Nuts Sausage with mashed potatoes and Crunchy Nut Hazelnut

Ingredients

  • Crunchy Nut Hazelnut
  • Hybrid sausage
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Beef Glace
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Cut the hybrid sausage into slices and fry until crispy.
  2. Fry the mushrooms.
  3. Heat the mashed potatoes in the microwave.
  4. Mix some water in a pot on the fire with the beef glace and allow to reduce.
  5. Serve on a plate and finish with Crunchy Nut Hazelnut.
