Crunchy Nuts Pasta Carbonara with goat's cheese and Tasty-Bites Cep & Mushroomsalt

Ingredients

  • Tasty-Bites Cep & Mushroomsalt
  • Pasta
  • Mushrooms
  • Bacon
  • Goat's cheese
  • Honey
  • Cream
  • Beef glace
  • Chive

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water.
  2. Fry the diced bacon and mushrooms.
  3. Deglaze with cream and allow to reduce.
  4. Add beef glace, pepper and salt.
  5. Fry the goat's cheese with honey.
  6. Preheat the fryer to 180°C.
  7. Deep-fry the Tasty-Bites for about 10 seconds.
  8. Add the cooked pasta.
  9. Finish with the caramelised goat's cheese, Tasty-Bites Cep & Mushroomsalt and chives.
